Missus lost her provisional license befor xmas and it would also be out of date by now, does that mean she has to redo everything again ie theory test etc?? Or can she just apply fkr a new and say it was lost?? She was on the old provisional

    Cheers!

Apply for new one, go to garda station and declare it lost, send the garda form with your application for a new one.

There's actually a section in the D201 application for a learner permit with the relevant box for a Garda signature and stamp. She'll also need to bring valid photo ID to the NDLS centre because the old permit would have been her ID. There is nothing else you need to do with regard to the lost provisional but she'll need the rest of the stuff as normal including proof of driving test outcome or proof of having applied for a test if she's on her third or subsequent provisional.
