painting technique

Hi,

this might be a stupid question but does anyone have a tip for this one:
I painted the first coat in white, all good. On the second coat I can't see where I started or stopped so I'm just painting as if blind.

Any tips appreciated.

If your painting during the day, turn the light in the room off. You should be able to see the shine off the wet area.

Also if you roll areas of a meter square each time and work from the top of each wall across, you'll know where you finished!

Dulux do a paint that goes on light pink but dries white for this exact type of problem when painting white
