anyone know of a useful video/guide to show you how to split a land parcel.

i have the BPS submitted online myself but with the new land eligibilty rules i have a HA that i'm if'y about declaring all of it.

anyone with a handy guide on this besides going into a planner/tegasc..which is not an option this week for me

I have no idea about these things as teagasc man does all ours but this year I got him to deduct some area as a site is been transfared and a shed built and he just removed the amount of area but didn't resubmit maps if that makes sense? This is the year to do it if your going to as it won't affect your payment.
