LES - my rights?

Last year I was called to LES for a group meeting on their services which was grand. However at the end I was given an appointment for a guidance counsellor the next week. I went to it but the counsellor was basically a bully and a pig and it was more of an ambush than anything.

I do remember though that at the end I was given some forms to sign and I think he said "they were to show my consent for them to handle my case".

Now since I was under duress I'm wondering did I have to sign those forms? He might have said if I didn't then it may affect my claim blah blah blah.

Terrible really. So scared of losing my benefits and unaware of my rights that they can basically do what they want to you.

This forum is not suitable for that, perhaps the legal forum is the place to go.
