Can anybody tell me what does this actually include? Is it just walking you through security / meeting you at your car?

We are a party of 3 adults and 2 children travelling from Dublin to Spain in late July, flying with Ryanair. We'll have normal luggage for two weeks and a buggy and I'm trying to think of anything we can do to make travelling easier (one of the adults is a worrier who gets stressed at airports).

Yes they've a concierge, a fast track security service and executive lounge access. It all costs but it's not outrageous. Check it out here.

Whether you are departing, arriving or connecting an assistant will escort you through the airport.

    WHAT DO I GET?

Assisted service for up to six people.
Dedicated assistant will meet you prior to security to escort you to your flight.
Meeting points in both terminals where the assistant will meet you at an allocated time.
Departing passengers will be met in the terminal, assisted through security and escorted to the gate.
Arriving passengers will be met at the airbridge and escorted to their awaiting party or chosen means of transport.
Connect combines the benefit of both arrival and departure to assist customers travelling onwards through the airport.

They basically meet you in the terminal and take you through security and to your gate. My friend has used it a few times for his mother in law when she visits from China. It's ideal for someone old or with limited English but I can't see it being necessary otherwise.

Are you fast tracked through security or do they wait in line?

I presume it's fast track but not sure. I'd ask him but he's in China visiting the in laws!

That's specifically what I was wondering. I mean, we are well familiar with the airport and boarding etc, I'm just looking for ways that will make check in and security a bit easier so I don't start the holiday with an Oscar the Grouch!

That also looks good - thanks. Different than what I was originally looking for but I'm intrigued!

You get to use the fast-track lane, but that doesn't mean you skip ahead of those in the queue travelling on business class fares or those who hold elite status with the likes of AF, BA or LH.

I'm traveling in a group of 4 in a few weeks. For the sake of a tenner each, if we got our bags carried, and fast tracked through security, it'd be a bargain..
