    Hi,

I am currently doing some research before launching a service for students.

I would like to see how much interest there would be in a 'Student Financial Management and Budgeting Pack'

    Each pack would include:

    1) Weekly budgets for each week of the academic year along with guidance on how to complete a budget
    2) Information on grants and funding available to students including forms and contacts
    3) Information on student banking including up to date forms an information from all banking institutions
    4) Advise on the best deals for groceries, clothing, stationery, college books, transport and entertainment
    5) Guidebook to living on a budget
    6) Easy recipe guide for meals all students should know how to cook
    7) Advise and guidance on reducing utilities costs
    8) Information on medical grants and services available to those on a low income
    9) Information and advise on financing computer and technology requirements
    10) Other useful information

The above pack would cost aprox €20 - 25. Included in this would be online chat support for dealing with budgets and other financial advise for the duration of the academic year.

I would be grateful for responses regarding the interest in these packs.

Suggestions for anything else you think should be included are very welcome!

The above packs will be put together by an experienced accountancy professional and will be updated every year.

Make it around €15 and you're onto a winner. You could also contact the colleges about buying in bulk to give to First Years.

    Brilliant idea!
