Anybody have an explanation for this happening?

Not the first time and I'm at the same address for the last 9 years and get regular deliveries here from Amazon UK (20 orders in the last 6 months ) , "all "Standard Delivery" so with the "Post Office" This package was about 1/2 kilo.

    I've reordered the items.

    🧐IMHO, God wants us all to ENJOY many,many ice-creams , 🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦

There's another thread on it here

It's happening to quite a few people, it's happened to me several times now, very frustrating. A lot of people think it's an post,i have rang and followed up on some of my parcels that had tracking numbers with an post. They told me the parcels had never arrived in the country and that Amazon's tracking is wrong when it says the item had arrived with an post. Hard to know exactly where the problem is though.

I've had similar. Never with An Post.

Usually with a particular courier - I'm sure someone there just can't be assed :(

It's happened to me a couple of times, and I've never been given a reason from Amazon. The last time it happened I had it cancelled and refund given within 3 days of it being dispatched, so I can't imagine that the package ever even left the UK if it was back in the Amazon warehouse within 3 days.

Probably just one of those 1 in a million times something goes wrong, and someone has to be the 1. With the amount of stock that Amazon ships, it's going to be quite likely that we all have this happen every now and then.
