Last few years have flown by, were the good summers to blame?

Everything is relative physics says time might not exist. It tends to run on though regardless.

Time is relative, okay? It can stretch and it can squeeze, but, it can't run backwards! Just can't. The only thing that can move across dimensions, like time, is gravity

Time is a concept man invented to make him less small in the universe. We swim in timelessness daily and it only the ideal of the clock which prevents us from relentless insanity.

Time =/= measurement of time as we know it

Time is an abyss... profound as a thousand nights... Centuries come and go... To be unable to grow old is terrible... Death is not the worst... Can you imagine enduring centuries, experiencing each day the same futilities...

That would depend on your usual inability to succeed. Through time you would eventually over succeed because of repetition but everyone you love would die.

Seeing different eras of society rise and fall and erupt in wars repeatedly would make anyone suicidal, it'd just prove to the invidual living forever how bad humans really are. I'd still like to live long enough to see how far technology has advanced in 1000 years though. With the rate of advancement for computers right now I can't even begin to imagine what'll be available in just 50 years, AI and simulations being the most interesting and useful.

If you do stuff really quickly you can save time.
Don't know how they'd get it in the ATM though.

For me, time has come shuddering to a sudden halt once I started reading this pretentious nonsense.

The aparrent speeding up of time is relative to your age.

So when your five a year seems a huge length if time because it's 20% of the time you've existed for and probably 50% of what you can remember.

When your fifty, the same year represents just 2% of your lifespan, so relative to your remembered life it seems quick.

A thousand nights is hardly profound, merely 3 years
