    im hoping to breed a red heifer as we had a few red cows years ago and would like to get a few into the herd again.i have a few hmy cows,would a lhz bull give me a red off these cows?any other suggestions without having to pre order straws.thanks.

    the chances of hetting a red off lhz are slim. If you want a red cow you need a red bull and at the moment that means pre-ordering. its no big deal

    Have 4 red heifers off LHZ last yr. Depends on cow background too
