How do you work out your exchange rates? Last week the offical rate was 4.09 polish zloty, you were offering 4.03. Thats fair enough, but today the offical exchage rate is again 4.09 and your offering 3.96. How is this justified?

    Hi snaps,

Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

We are unsure where you are comparing the rates from. Just to mention, we are not in a position to discuss market rates here and all financial institutions will set their own foreign exchange rates.

    Thank you once again,
    Elaine
