It gives you a link directly to the lowest price. It's called Invisible hand. http://www.getinvisiblehand.com/ is link to its homepage. I've only used it on Amazon and it seems to work okay. I was shopping for an electric razor on Amazon.co.uk yesterday and after a few seconds it popped up with a link to one on Ebay which was £13 cheaper.
Sorry I know its not a bargain alert but it might help people find a bargain.
