Is Institute of Health Sciences Legitimate?

Hi, This is my first post here. I've been looking into courses that could lead me to a career in nutritional therapy.

However I have 2 children, 1 of whom has type 1 diabetes and as of right now the only other person who is able to care for her is her father (who I'm with) as his family have no interest in learning and my family live in the UK so finding a course that suits has been very hard.

Also I need the course to be full time to be eligible for any funding as I am my daughters carer and so can't work.

So I came across the Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching as it is a full time course that is purely online as I live in Donegal.

I am just trying to confirm whether the institute of health sciences is a legitimate institution and that the diploma would lead me to be able to practice?

Or if anyone knows of a better option that would be fab!
