Hi, Quick question, can I claim VAT back on a US invoice? I bought some computer parts from a retailer on Amazon.de. I thought the seller was based in the UK (UK domain and email) but the company is registered in the USA. I got a VAT invoice from them to that effect. Invoice is in euros. Can I put it in as part of my usual…

Hi,

Quick question, can I claim VAT back on a US invoice?

I bought some computer parts from a retailer on Amazon.de.

I got a VAT invoice from them to that effect. Invoice is in euros.

Can I put it in as part of my usual VAT returns?

For future reference, you should input your VAT number into Amazon to receive 0% VAT on transaction >> http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=502576
