Top Up not received after using mobile app

    Hi,

    I topped up my phone using the mobile app 48 hours ago and have yet to receive any credit on my phone despite the money being taken from my account.

    Any help?

    Please call Bank of Ireland Direct on 0818 365 365 / +353 1 4044000 and a rep with account access will be happy to look into this for you.

    Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12midnight Mon - Fri and 9am - 6pm Sat, Sun and Bank/Public Holidays.
