The behaviour of staff towards the families, especially the mothers, connected with these deaths is beyond inexcusable. What I cannot understand is the total absence of Liam Doran. He is so exercised about every aspect of hospital management , the pressure nurses are under due to underfunding, risks to patients due to the trolley situation, etc, etc, etc. so why is he making no comment what so ever on this issue.
And why is RTE not seeking him out for a comment ? I thought union reps are at the end of a phone at all times waiting for 'that call'
