Family Accommodation near the NCH

Thinking about going to a performance at the NCH the weekend of 22-24 August. Wouldn't know Dublin very well. Was having a look online for accommodation within walking distance of the venue but most places are booked out for those dates or want funny money.

Looking for suggestions that would help narrow down the search. Two adults and two children. Don't want to rough it but not looking for luxury either, just something decent for a family.

It's on bus routes 14 (Beaumont to Dundrum) and 15 (Clongriffin to Ballycullen Road) if that helps widen your area a bit (and helps the budget). Northside and southside.

It's also a 5 minute walk from the Luas, if you look along the Luas route you might find options in Leopardstown. Or Travelodge Rathmines is a shortish walk or easy bus trip.

Camden Court hotel is close by.

Edit: Leeson Bridge House a B&B gets good reviews and is very near and €97 a night on booking.com
