WTD: Womens bike or small mans bike

Looking for a cheap, decent racer. Person is around 5''2 so would need to be a small frame. Would rather Shimano parts and a compact but other than that no real preferences. Thinking a small man's, a juniors or a woman's bike would do. Based around Dublin and budget is around 500, could be a bit more for the right bike. Needs to be in working order. Anyone have anything suitable?

Liv (Giant) do an Avail 5 in a range of small frame sizes uses a mixture Shimano / fsa / giant components.
baaic soec compared to higher end models but nice frame. My wife was looking at the range the other day. She is 5ft 2 and found the bikes comfortable.

Have a xs felt, shimano sora, compact frame, got very little use, I got it off Nigel's cycles a while back an has been sitting in the shed 99% of the time, it's size xs so I'd need to check if size would suit, paid €850 at the time for it and will be selling for €450, bike is like new, I can email pics if you pm your email
