    Hi all
    Something I've been wondering for a while now, is there generally any fall out from not staying the full length of a contract? For the employee obviously.

    I can't imagine there could be anything, only maybe not getting paid for the notice period you give. But not sure that would be legal. Obviously I know it would probably be written in the contract but depending on the possible penalties I wouldn't be wasting anyone's time by going for it in the first place.
