Musli, a toasted sandwich/tea or porridge? These are the options before me. Don't have much time.

Pro's and cons of each and/or other recommendations.

A toasted porridge sandwich with a nice mug of muesli tea.

    Bon appetite

Get a dirty greasy fry, eat until your uncomfortable, sweat profusely and feel sleepy for 3 hours. Repeat daily.

Mine usually consists of a couple of fags washed down with a strong coffee.

That's all the nutrition I want when I wake up.

I had a hand full of raspberries, some greek yoghurt, some wallnuts and a scoop of vanilla protein. Bloody gorgeous and really filling.
Then when I got into work had a load of bacon and eggs. Thats all when I'm feeling healthy. Other mornings it could be a can of Monster Zero and a hand full of pills :pac:

Get a jambon from Centra: breakfast of champions.

Has to be from Centra though, the ones in Spar are muck.

I generally go for porridge and dried fruit. Not the breakfast of champions but apparently it does a body good.

A bowl of Corn Flakes with whiskey instead of milk.

Have the Dinner while you're at it so you can have a clean run at the day.

If they're your only options, have the porridge.

I had 2 eggs, 2 rashers, and mushrooms this morning. So I did.

Ha, mine is almost the exact opposite to yours.

Already had the bacon and eggs.

I'll have greek yogurt, with berries and nuts at 11. No protein though.

I don't normally have bacon. Didn't really enjoy it tbh.

    .

Those things should come with a health warning and a loyalty card. Eat ten jambons and get a free coronary bypass.

I like bacon. I like a rasher sambo in particular. But I didn't enjoy it this morning. It's too much for breakfast I think. I'll stick to my two eggs or green smoothie. Makes me feel better than bacon.

Also, I hate bacon in a burger. There. I said it.

My breakfast was a fried egg on tomato and fennel bread, some avocado, some tomato, cucumber and onion salad, and coffee.

    Twas grand.

I used to nearly always have toast (usually brown sliced pan) or homemade brown bread for breakfast but I seemed to be tired the whole time so for some reason I decided to quit the bread for breakfast and I'm no longer tired all the time. Now I'll eat cheese and crackers or fruit or nuts or a mix of these. I also like a packet of tayto's with tea in the morning but they are enough. I can't get my head around the whole porridge thing as I was forced to eat it as a kid and cereal doesn't do anything for me - someone told me breakfast cereal was invented to sell the excess grain produced in the US.
Anyone got any other ideas for breakfast in an office where all we have in the kitchen is a couple of microwaves?

Agreed. Such a pain to bite into a burger and have the whole rasher comes out.

Try it with crispy streaky bacon and you are in heaven.

    My usual breakfast:

Jumbo porridge oats made with milk (made in microwave), tsp of almond butter, chopped banana, and a dessert spoon of Linwoods ground flaxseed, sunflower seeds, goji berries etc. Glass of water, or Tropicana Orange Juice w pulp.
It keeps me full for most of the day

Every now and then I have 4 grilled sausages, hash browns and 4 slices of Clonakilty black pudding. I make 4 small separate sammiches with 2 slices of batch. Its delicious

I had a tuna sandwich for breakfast this morning. Tuna is just not breakfast food :( I had beans on toast then an hour later :)

    An Irish coffee I presume?

Just cut the rasher in half. Solves that problem.
