Enduring POA

My dad recently went into a nursing home in Dublin and wants to grant enduring POA to his three children, myself and two sisters. I was just wondering what happens in this case where there are multiple POA. Do they need to act jointly on each decision or can they act seperately. Or would it be a case of having a majority vote ?
