Which ICT course is best? NCI/Maynooth

I'm having trouble making a decision as to which ICT Conversion course to go for.

I'm looking at two in particular.

    1. The NCI Hdip in Comuter Science

    2. The Hdip in Information Technology in NUI Maynolyoth.

I'm unemployed so I want to choose a course that's more friendly to my pocket, but I don't want to end up just taking a cheaper course if it's not a good course. The NCI course is free on the springboard initiative, so it's cheaper, but are these two qualifications equal on paper. ie. on my cv? The Maynooth course looks more comprehensive.

I'm also looking for a course that gives me the best employment opportunitie, but I'm not that sure i'll like something strictly programming. I'm not the most mathematical person in the world.

    Thanks for any input.

Has anyone out there compared these two courses, employment wise?
