Moving Bedroom

Tonight is my first night in a new bedroom in years. I'm not like the oul lad that used to switch bedrooms every few years when the dirt got to high he couldn't get the door open, I just fancied a change. Any tips on how to get the perfect night's sleep when snoozing somewhere new for the first time? Thank you :)

Lads, I'm moving across the landing, not in with a crowd of Arts students.

I've heard that having your head as far away from the door as possible gives you better sleep. Some primal instinct no doubt.

Take sleeping tablets for the first 6 weeks to ensure you get used to the new bedroom then you will be ok

Call your mammy and ask her to sing you a lullaby?

Edit : I genuinely thought your bedroom was actually moving. :p
