What to study from Changing Role of Mgt Business

    I have difficulty in deciding what not to study from these notes.
    As in do I have to learn:
    steps in implementing empowerment
    skills of mgt required to faciliate empowerment
    tqm and empowerment
    principles of tqm
    I have not seen any exam qs related to these so is there any point in studying them. Or if there were qs asked about these could someome give them to me.

    only thing id advise to leave out is the steps in implementing empowerment
