Level 6 or 7 Wireless technician courses?

    Can anyone recommend a level 6 or 7 wireless technician or telecom courses leading to some sort of Europass credential, degree, certificate or license?

    I'm basically a foreign student and need to find something within 1.5 hours commute from Boyle, Roscommon. I've looked around, contacted Eircom and Broadbandcareers and have yet to receive a reply.
