Looking for some advice. We are in the process of moving house we have a buyer for our and due to move in the next few weeks. We bought from plans in a small development and we viewed a house that was to be same spec as ours. We were out on site the other day not supposed to be and had a quick look. We noticed our rear garden was v small so we measured it and it was 8 meters. We had asked a number of time anout size of the gardens and the brochure specifies 10 meters. We have been in touch with solicitor and it doesnt specify on the contracts we signed but yet clearly says it on brochure?? Can they do this so annoyed.

You need (someone) to check the planning file and see what's indicated as the back garden of your particular house.
