Got a few bottles of Galway IPA, Stout, Red in for relatives coming over at the weekend.
I don't drink ale so do I keep them in the fridge or not?

I like to take my beer out of the fridge about 2 hours before I drink it. Your fridge probably has the beer at 2-4C where as to my knowledge beer should be served at 8C+

I just don't like my beer freezing so it's each to their own.
