Specialist shoulder physio?

I'm having serious problems with both shoulders (impingement, instability/clunking/cracking, etc) for the past 8 months after injuring them doing OH Press.
Had an MRI, no slap tears showed up and I want to avoid surgery if at all possible (also saw consultant). Physical therapy and chiropractic haven't worked so far... barely back doing very light dumbbell movements and it seems to be making things worse.
Can anyone who's experienced similar issues recommend a good physiotherapist who knows what they're talking about when it comes to shoulders/posture, etc? I need to nail exactly what's wrong and hopefully work towards fixing it because I'm flailing around in the dark right now and probably doing more harm than good.
    Cheers.

You'd better tell people where you are located. :-)

I see Hannan Mullet in the sports surgery clinic, and his physio (Clare Gilsenan) specialises in shoulders. She's like the shoulder whisperer the way she manipulates my shoulder and knows exactly what muscles/tendons are impeding movement and causing pain.

I don't know if you can just make an appointment to see her or whether you need to be referred by Mr Mullet, but I can highly recommend her for specific shoulder injuries.

Would you have contact details for Clare Gilsenan? I could do without talking to another surgeon and i'm having difficulties getting a contact for her.
