If I turn the three way switch on the control panel to the on position it stays on till I turn it off when the water is heated…

Hi there. I have a problem my water heating on nightsaver, when it is set to come on during the night on timer, it only stays on for about twenty minutes, It trips the switch on the fuse box. If I turn the three way switch on the control panel to the on position it stays on till I turn it off when the water is heated enough. It is a neura geothermal heating system. I tried turning the system of for 15 minutes and turned it on again but the same thing happens. I am thinking the problem is with the timer, but not sure.
