    Hi,

    Lexus IS200 dashboard engine fault light on with TRC off light flashing suddenly. Anyone knows what could be the issue? Engine power is alright and car is driving normally.

    Could be anything from coil pack to sensors to a split vacuum pipe and a million other things. You'll need to get it diagnosed,
    The TRC light doesn't automatically mean it's TRC or ABS related.

    Is it ok to drive with those lights on? Or it can cause damage to engine?

    It all depends on what the fault is. I'd get it looked at ASAP.
