Hi

I have just moved into an apartment & the boost function on my Horstmann (pic attached) doesn't appear to work - when I turn the dial anti-clockwise, the light doesn't click on, & water doesn't heat.

Firstly, am I doing something wrong, or what might be wrong with it? Is it fixable?

Secondly, if replacement is the proposed remedy, can you recommend the latest & most user friendly programmable timer unit, and any recommendations on who can install in Dublin?
