My ex, the father of my child is getting married next year. His fiancee owns her own home but unfortunately for me and him we own a house together. We both pay or half of the mortgage each but only me and my son live here.just wondering what the implications of their marriage will mean for me. Will she be entitled to a share in my home if they split up. ( its his third marraige)

    Any advice would be great

You need proper legal advice. Not freebies from anonymous people on the internet.

    Speak to a solicitor.

    Get legal advice.

She may have a claim on his assets, including his half-share in the house you live in. Even if they don't split up, the change in his circumstances may well lead him to reconsider whether he wants to continue owning a half-share in a house that he doesn't live in, and doesn't get any rent from.
