Leap Card mistake

Okay guys I made a bit of a mistake with my leap card yesterday. Wonder if anyone can advise if it is something that DB can rectify.
I have normally been topping up with cash and letting it put a daily cap on day where I would make more journeys than normal. I have always gone to the driver and stated my destination. I decided putting the 5 day rambler on the card would be worthwhile to save a few more euro. Ticket costed me €29.50 and I had used rambler function on two days and cash function on other days.

Yesterday I walked to the city and took the bus home a journey that is only 3 stage and would cost €1.50 on leap. Without thinking I used the right validator, and the driver had me put the card on his terminal to cancel the transaction.
My purse now show a fare deducted for €2.60 and then refunded to my card.
The product page however only shows one day of journeys and I know I have used two, on the 5 day. There is no actual indication of the number of days here just the actual journeys taken. Basically from logging in. I have no idea if I have still been charged for a full day. How do I check day remaining without swipping the right terminal.

Ask any driver to check it on his ticket machine - he should be able to tell you.

What time was the journey in question made at ?

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.

I made my way to DB office on O'connell street they had a reader there in the glass very handle. Gave me my cash balance and said, i had 3 "coupons" or "vouchers" can't remember which. I am assuming that these are the days. Not sure why they refer to them as coupons.
Next day I am in city and making an onward journey, I will have used the right validator and will hopefully see that I am down to two coupons.

Are you referring to "Products" do you think ?

Either way,it appears you were deducted a Leap €2.60 rather than a Rambler day,so you may have ended up w bit quids-in after the process.....

This appears to be the case. With product on the card, going to the right deducts a day. Going to the driver deducts cash. What should have happened after my mistake is the day should have been refunded, then the correct fair applied. It appears however that no day had been deducted. A €2.60 fare then applied by the driver which was then cancelled.
In city today using purse, so will check again that 3 coupons(days) are still on the card.
