Can I convert a santa fe into a cabin crew?

    i have a hyundai santa fe and the tax is getting to high, so i spoke with on in a garage. he told me to convert it into a cabin crew without losing any seats. how can i do that and what do i need to do?

    Engineer has to pass it out and confirm it complies with EU regulations for a few cab.

    I have never seen a Santa Fe passing though.

    A certain 4x4 dealing establishment in Co. longford would certify a tricycle as a crew cab as far as I can see...

    But I can't see how a santa fe could qualify. The official regs involve the rear load area being 30% of wheelbase and the back door of a certain size opening... That's before the tax morality debate.

    Apart from it not meeting the door open area, crew cabs can only be initially crewcab taxed by an employer with proper employees and you must sign a legal declaration that only employees will be the passengers.

    Not worth the grief. Just pay the €710

    Btw, it's called a crew cab.
