Hi Trying to remove front bumper and the torx bolt behind the air filter [see attached pic from web showing the bolt] is just rotating in the screw hole and cant get it out? Trying to remove front bumper and the torx bolt behind the air filter [see attached pic from web showing the bolt] is just rotating in the screw hole and cant get it out?

Is this bolt attached to some sort of fixing on the rear of bumper which is rotating with the bolt?
How can I remove the bolt and still allow me reassemble after?
