Best courier service from UK to Canada - FedEx?

Hi, I have something important (a hard drive with some personal files on it) that I need transferred from the UK to Canada. Can anyone tell me what the best courier service is? I know none of them are cheap, but knowing whatever one is the cheapest would be good.
