When the application forms for IW first arrived, my friend threw his one into the recycling bin.

It was posted back to him a couple of days ago.

AES is his waste provider, so it's either them or IW going through people's waste, and posting back the application forms.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I e-mailed Catherine Murphy, but for all her bluster about SiteServ, she didn't seem interested.

Also, I have spoken to him about throwing half full cans of Coke into the recycling, but he won't listen. That's what the stains are from.

Has your 'friend' ever sent you to the shop for non-stick glue or a glass hammer?

They are asking him to recycle the coke stains ...
And to wipe his arse with the bill

    That's how recycling works ...

This needs to be thought through.
Cup of tea, quite room and think carefully.

I shred anything with my personal information (by which I mean tear up my name and address). My parents taught me to do that because they thought, for some reason, identity theft begins in the bin. I suppose they might have been on to something (although it would be the first time...).

Is the recycling service your friend uses free, by any chance?

You never put anything with personal details in your bins without shredding it first.

No, it wasn't posted back to him. Either you aren't very smart and he's taking the p1ss out of you or you think there's idiots on here who might believe your made up story.

    His name wasn't on it.
The binmen are obviously going through each bin before it goes in the truck on the off chance there might be a water bill in there.

I'd be looking quizzically at some of the neighbours.
