Hi I was just wondering if someone could help me,
I booked annual leave on a Bank Holiday Monday and if I was working it I would normally get double pay, should be entitled to this as holiday pay?

    Thanks

Normally- you would be entitled a day in-lieu, if a bank holiday falls in an annual leave period. Its a simple day- not a day and a half, or two days.

If you actually worked the day- you would probably get paid pay and a half, or double pay (depends on the company- but there would almost definitely be a premium for working the day). If you don't work the day- normally its simply a day in lieu (aka you took four days leave the week in question, not five.
