I'm dropping out of my current course after SEM2 exams and I have already applied to CAO for 2015 courses.

CAO wanted a copy of my SEM1 results and details about exams to be taken. When they give out the offers, will these results be taken into consideration? I am going to fail every SEM2 exam as I am dropping out so didn't bother studying. Also, I'm hoping to stay in the same college but change course. I have applied for internal transfer but it look like I need to pass all exams for that to happen too.
