    I paid twice for the same account and sent several emails asking for a guidance of how to
     recover the money, but no one answered my emails.

    Hi Eduardo,

    Emails take a number of working days to respond to as they are placed in a queue. What email address did you send your query to?

    We can look into your query in this department, if you send us a private message stating that you are the account-holder, the Electric Ireland account number in question, your address in full and the telephone number we would have for you. We would also require confirmation of how your name appears on the bill if it appears differently to above.
