Hi we painted outside of our house, but the painter got splashes of paint on the step and path, can anybody recommend a good paint stripper that will take these off the concrete? Thanks

Is it oil paint or emulsion?
If it's oil paint, it'll just wear off or try a wire brush and white spirits.
If it's emulsion, scrub it off with hot water and a yard brush.
