Windows security won't accept password

    Hi folks,

Appreciate some advice here. Just got a new laptop with windows 8 last week. Seems fine but there are a few really annoying things. One of which is the windows security password box. It comes up all the time but even when I enter the correct password and click 'remember password' it still keeps popping up. My outlook account appears to be logged in fine because onenote and doc upload through office etc works.

The one thing that doesn't work is the outlook application in Office 2013. If I try and add any email address the windows security box just keeps coming up.

    Any advice?

    Cheers,
    quad
