    hi my friend go charged with GBH with a van and he had notting andd hes getting sued by the person he hit if he gets jail with that person get any money

    The person hit by the van will get compensated for injuries and loss from either the insurance policy on the van or from the mibi if the van was not insured.
    The insurance companies might then chase the "friend" for this compensation, if they think the friend has assets worth chasing.
