Any free ones are only good for very basic tasks with no variables e.g. Different length days. You ultimately need to go with Sims or vsware or scheduler

Hi tried this last year - nightmare ! wasted loads of time.
we are a small centre with lots of variables and shared staff. it comes down to hors of squinting and begging help from calm logical friends !
Maybe we could get schools/ centres to share resources on this ?

I think from his previous posts jamie is a secondary school student and not a teacher.

jamie you could make a timetable in microsoft excel quite easily.
