SUSI - Progression

I failed and didn't return after my second year of a 4 year, level 8 course in 2011.

I am going into my 3rd year of a level 7 course this September.

Is that progression or not? I applied in my first year of this course and was rejected because I was not seen as progressing, understandably, going from 2nd year level 8 to 1st year, level 7.

Now that I have gone past the 2 year mark of this course, would that be progression? Or does the fact that it's not a level 8 course mean I won't get accepted again?

edit: I asked SUSI and it is not progressing because "I am not furthering my education"
    OK then, that's great

Sorry, but I've been quite busy lately.

You are progressing and are eligible to apply.

Progressing means on from where you last left off or to the next level, and if you last left off at the end of year 2 undergraduate then you are progressing at year 3 undergraduate.

Make your application and you should be eligible if you meet all the other criteria.
