    HI

I am looking for a regulator/motor of a Yaris 2000 VTI 5 Doors driver side.
I found one but it seems to be for a yaris MK1 2000.

I was wondering if anybody has this part or if the one for the MK1 is compatible.

    Thanks

They're a little wanker to get right. So many different motors were fitted over the life of the car, a real headache. Even some same year cars had different motors and plugs!!!

Get the year and the first 2 letters of the chassis. Either JT or VN. That will narrow it down a LOT. Make sure the plugs are the same and the mounting holes line up

Expect to pay £35 onwards for a good 2nd hand reg.

They're not too bad to change, just unclipping it from the glass is fiddly

That's a Japanese built one so (which is a good thing)
Anything 99 or 00 should be fine as the French ones didn't come till 2001.

Micksgarage have them new for €132, you can get €5 off by using code 5MAY
