Ryanair payment declined query

I purchased a one way flight tonight going through pay pal and then about 15 minutes later i tried to purchase return but it keeps saying my payment is declined any clues please whats the problem > I have enough credit and how come it went through the first time

Did this to me a few weeks ago when booking flight, think it went through in the fifth or sixth go, apparently the system can just get overloaded. I'd put in my card details and it wouldn't process.
