Hi, I was just cooking with my oven and heard a loud bang. When I returned to the kitchen the glass front of the oven door was all over the floor! The oven is approximately 15 months old. It's quite common, and not just in oven doors either.

Thanks for that Alun, I dread to think what would have happened had anyone been close to it. Has anyone had to deal with this happening and the shop it was purchased from. Thanks. Be careful with these doors particularly when looking in or with children around.
