I filled in the renewal application the other day and noticed the form was a lot bigger this year, today I read in the paper that they're narrowing the criteria by counting things they didn't before as income. I receive rent allowance and BTEA and although I'm going into 4th year and my income has not changed I'm worried that they will say I'm over the income threshold.

Did they always count rent allowance? I can't remember the first time I filled it in. Am I stressing out over nothing? If I don't get the grant there's no way I could afford it myself.
