You can pick up a grade two mark for poor observation, if you are looking in your mirrors too much, instead of looking at the road. If you do it four different times during the test, you'll get a grade two mark for every time you do it. If you pick up 4 grades two marks for doing the same thing, it's an automatic fail.

Yes, I have seen posts here from people who failed their test for making the same mistake several times during the test. Can't remember if it was for mirrors specifically, but observational errors are very often the things that people get pulled up on.

Ah thanks I will probably have to book a test again just after the test when I was called into the office I felt that he was rushing me so he could leave test was at 3.45 didn't explain where else I failed in only shown me a glimpse of the tablet with my marks I only got a glance and just circled two reason on my sheet and just said unsuccessful.

He explained nothing about where else I went wrong just said excessive mirror usage
