Ryanair flight change question

I tried the Live Chat at 5.50 but it looks like it closes at 6 and I didn't reach the top of the queue. I'll try again tomorrow but in the meantime somebody here might have an answer. Can I change one member of a party to a different flight a few days later? We are travelling out together but one might not return with us.…

Can I change one member of a party to a different flight a few days later? We are travelling out together but one might not return with us. I see it there is a charge of €60 in high season to change a flight. I can't see if it means the whole party has to travel together.

Also I can't see how it affects the price of the return leg.
